Reflections of Light
BUS STOP INSPIRATIONS
Each day I take a bus to work and home again. One dull and misty evening a lady that I had never seen before was standing waiting with me for the bus.
We chatted about the lateness of the bus...about the damp, cool weather and general things. I sensed from the chat that the lady was just a little tired from her long journey to and from work. On the bus we sat across from one another and it occurred to me that perhaps she might like a CD that I had produced...REFLECTIONS OF LIGHT. I handed her a copy and assured her that it might help her relax.
She thanked me and soon..I got of the bus and waved goodbye.
About a week later...I received a telephone message.
"Hello Jonathan. I do not know whether you will remember me BUT I met you at the BUS STOP and you gave me a CD.
I cannot tell you how much the CD has meant to me. I have played it many times and it has brought me peace.
About 6 weeks ago my mother passed away after a lengthy illness. She and I were very close and since her death I have been in a deep dark space.
I have prayed to God that He would lift me up and renew my spirit.
The CD has relaxed me and inspired me and brought me a sense of light.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS.

Psalm 107: 28-30 reminds us-"Then they cried out to the Lord in their troublr and He brought them out of their distress. He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed; They were glad when it grew calm, and he guided them to their desired haven."
